Responsibilities The Opportunity Reporting to the Quaker FP&A Manager, this role plays a key part in leading cost planning, reporting, and forecasting processes, including PFC Close, Forecast cycles, and AOP development for SG&A and OPEX. The position offers broad P&L exposure and regular interaction with cross-functional teams, supporting performance management through clear insights and analytics delivered to senior leadership. The role owns end-to-end SG&A and OPEX governance, ensuring accuracy of Mosaic loads, integrity of cost data, and consistency across close, forecast, and planning cycles, while driving transparency on cost drivers, productivity initiatives, and investment tradeoffs. Success in this role requires strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence and partner across functions, combining structured financial planning with proactive insight generation to support decision-making and deliver against financial commitments. Your Impact As FP&A Sr Coordinator your scope would consist of Own PFC close and forecast cycles, including model updates, Mosaic loads, and performance insights Deliver period close cost analytics and PBR scorecards, highlighting key variances, trends, and drivers Lead cost forecasting, integrating functional inputs into SAF and ensuring alignment with targets Consolidate COC/NOPBT inputs and drive cost transparency through challenge and validation with functions Act as AOP Close Build Lead, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and end-to-end cost planning Own AOP cost models and tools (playbook, COC), ensuring consistency across FLC and QFC cycles Lead SG&A and OPEX ownership end-to-end, including Mosaic loads, validation, rebases, and methodology governance Drive OPEX discipline and insights, managing cost drivers, productivity tracking, cube validation, and one-timer oversight Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? · University degree in Business; Accounting Designation / MBA an asset but not required English fluency required · Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement · Previous Essbase software experience an asset · Experience in consumer products industry an asset · Strong customer relations, interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills · Strong organizational skills · Strong technical, problem solving, planning, and analytical skills · Experience in analyzing or forecasting Profit and Loss results If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
