Overview The role is critical to strengthening and transforming PepsiCo's Bangladesh business and supporting its long-term growth strategy. Bangladesh operates through the Transcom franchise/contract manufacturing model, where the partner manages manufacturing, distribution, and sales under a cost-plus arrangement. Operational efficiencies directly impact PepsiCo's profitability. The incumbent will mentor and influence the franchise partner to improve manufacturing, supply planning, warehousing, logistics, quality, and overall operational efficiency. Success in this role will require strong influencing skills without direct authority, as the role works across franchise teams and internal stakeholders. The role will closely collaborate with Franchise Leadership, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Quality, Global Procurement (GP), and the Agro team. Although Agro does not report into this role, close collaboration and mentoring are essential. The current role is managed from India (L11). The objective is to hire a local Bangladesh-based L10 leader.
