Freelance Full Stack Developer — AI Data Platform (FinTech) | Hybrid, Milan

We're looking for a Freelance Full Stack Developer to join a fast-growing AI company building a data intelligence platform for the financial sector. The team values real ownership and fast execution - you'll build end-to-end and have a direct say in product and architecture decisions. Hybrid presence in Milan required.

What you'll do:

• Build across the full stack — React/Next.js interfaces, backend APIs, and database layer (Postgres/Supabase)
• Work with AI agents and LLM-based features integrated into the core product
• Take ownership of features from concept to production, contributing to architecture decisions
• Collaborate with product and engineering on new functionality

Must-haves:

• 3+ years (ideally 5+) of end-to-end full stack development
• Strong React/Next. xysqume js + TypeScript
• Backend/API design and implementation
• Postgres or Supabase experience
• Cloud deployment experience (GCP, Vercel)
• C1 English
• Based in or near Milan, available for hybrid work

Nice-to-haves:

• AI/ML concepts, LLM integrations
• Financial services background
• Experience with heterogeneous data processing
