We are looking for dedicated and experienced freelance Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and Home Caregivers to join our growing network of healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting.
• Provide diaper changing, repositioning and personal hygiene assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Provide elderly care, companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients recovering from illness, surgery or hospitalisation.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ general conditions.
• Maintain accurate daily care documentation.
• Follow individualised care plans, infection control and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members and the care coordinator.
• Escalate medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Aide or Caregiver is preferred.
• Relevant healthcare or caregiving certification is advantageous.
• Experience in home care, elderly care, dementia, Parkinson’s disease or stroke care is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, responsible and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a home-care environment.
• Willing to accept day, night, weekend or public holiday assignments.
• Legally permitted to undertake freelance work in Singapore.

Working Arrangements

• Engagement: Freelance / Assignment-Based
• Location: Various client residences across Singapore
• Shifts: Day and night assignments available
• Schedule: Flexible, subject to client requirements and availability
• Duration: Short-term and ongoing assignments available
• Remuneration: Discussed privately with shortlisted applicants
• No guaranteed minimum assignments or working hours
