Schedule: Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Relocation: No relocation support available
Location Requirement: Candidates must already live within approximately 30 km of Porto.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented French speakers to join a customer support team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers and respond to their enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver friendly, personalized, and professional customer experiences.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Represent the company positively through effective communication.

Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential. Candidates from different professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
