Front Desk – Night Auditor (Overnight Position)
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests with late‑night check‑ins, check‑outs, and inquiries
- Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions and verifying accuracy
- Prepare and distribute reports for hotel leadership and departments
- Monitor property activity and maintain a secure environment during overnight hours
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem‑solving
- Process payments and maintain compliance with all cash‑handling and accounting procedures
- Collaborate with overnight housekeeping, security, and engineering when needed
- Uphold the polished, guest‑focused service experience that defines the Hyatt Regency New Orleans
