Front-End Sub-Chapter Lead: Tech Leader & Architect

Act as the primary technical reference for the sub‑chapter domain. Mentor developers and guide architectural decisions and code quality. Ensure consistent engineering standards and best practices. Collaborate with Product Teams and ICT to align technical direction with delivery. Identify competency gaps and design long‑term capability plans. Maintain up-to-date platforms to enhance security, performance and scalability. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field. 6+ years of IT project experience in a multinational context. 3+ years leading and managing teams. Strong frontend expertise with modern UI stacks. Experience with AEM and familiarity with cloud architectures is a plus. Proficient in SCRUM/Agile project delivery and MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint.
