In this role, you will oversee all the overnight front office operations of the property and manage a team of around 10 employees.
The ideal candidate will have luxury front office management experience and have a passion for delivering exceptional service. ONQ experience highly preferred.

Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Overnight– must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
What will I be doing?
As Night Manager, you would be responsible for directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Act as Manager on Duty and on behalf of the General Manager in his/her absence
- Tour hotel interior and exterior to ensure the property and facilities are functional, presentable to established standards and safe for guests and team members
- Oversee preparation of daily summary reports
- Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, assigning nightly work, conducting training, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward

- Manage daily front office operations: Oversee Front Office activities including guest service, registration, room inventory, and adherence to policies and standards
- Monitor and elevate service: Track guest satisfaction, address service issues, and guide the team to implement improvements that enhance the guest experience
- Implement revenue initiatives: Promote hotel services and execute up-selling tactics to drive room occupancy and revenue growth
- Facilitate team knowledge: Provide regular updates and training to ensure the team is well-informed of hotel offerings, services, and local attractions
- Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support front office team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
