Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and debug frontend code (e.g., user interfaces, component logic, state management) and technical content generated by advanced AI models.
- Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Work through frontend system design, component architecture, and algorithmic problems to push model capabilities forward.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.
- Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Strong professional software engineering experience.
- Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
