Frontend Developer
Summary
Frontend Developer building and maintaining Talentics, an HR/recruiting software product. Day-to-day work covers developing existing applications, automating production testing, and troubleshooting performance issues, with REST/microservices design, Node.js, Cypress, and cloud services (GCP, AWS, DO) in the stack.
Talentics is an innovative recruiting software and an HR tool that makes it easy for candidates and HR teams to make the hiring process easier, faster, and smarter. Talentics is designed for the ease of the HR teams.
Developed by HR people, for the HR people, Talentics provides unique features that allow the companies and HR teams to connect with the right talent, build strong relationships, and make the hiring process smooth for all.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & maintain our existing applications
- Automate production testing
- Identify and troubleshoot performance and software issues
- Update, track and resolve technical issues
- Suggest architecture improvements, recommend process improvements
- Ensure critical system security through the use of best in class security solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- A keen eye for design is a must
- NodeJS knowledge is a big plus
- Experience in REST / stateless API design and microservices architectural style
- Writing automation with cypress is a big plus
- Functional programming knowledge is a plus
- Being an agile minded team player, having good communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Technical English proficiency is a must

- Familiar with cloud services such as GCP, AWS and DO
- Experience working remotely across multiple time zones
