Frontend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Web Front-End Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance responsive and high-performance web applications using Ember.js, Ember CLI, Sass/SCSS, jQuery, and JavaScript. The role involves working with an existing/legacy front-end stack, building reusable UI components, integrating with backend APIs, and ensuring application performance, stability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ember.js and Ember CLI
• Build reusable UI components and responsive interfaces using Sass/SCSS
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Optimize application performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex JavaScript, UI, and API integration issues
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing legacy front-end applications
• Manage front-end builds, dependencies, and assets using Ember CLI
• Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and support application testing
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA, UX/UI, and product teams
• Support production issues, defect resolution, and ongoing application maintenance

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Ember.js and Ember CLI
• Experience working with legacy/older versions of Ember.js is highly preferred
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Sass/SCSS
• Experience with jQuery and RESTful API integration
• Good understanding of Ember.js architecture, routing, templates, and reusable components
• Experience with Node.js-based front-end build environments
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility skills
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development practices
• Ability to work with and maintain existing/legacy front-end applications
• Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
