Job Summary The Frontend Developer sustains the client-side user interface of MIDS, ensuring usability, stability, and operational continuity by resolving UI defects and refining usability based on operational feedback, while preventing unintended scope expansion. Responsibilities Resolve UI defects that impact client usability and operational workflows to maintain system reliability Address usability issues identified through operational feedback to enhance user experience Implement minor interface adjustments to support ongoing system operations effectively Ensure frontend changes maintain stability, responsiveness, and consistency with existing workflows Prevent regression and scope creep during sustainment changes to safeguard system integrity Preferred competencies and qualifications Proven experience maintaining and sustaining frontend applications in production environments (preferably 3+ years) Strong understanding of UI stability, responsiveness, and usability in operational systems Ability to debug and resolve frontend defects under time-sensitive conditions Experience working within strict scope and change control constraints Familiarity with operational or mission-critical systems is an advantage Eligibility to work in Singapore and obtain required security clearance for RSAF operational systems access
