Frontend Engineer

Project:
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join an AI-powered platform that enables virtual workers to collaborate alongside human teams, helping businesses automate, delegate, and scale operational workflows through intelligent AI agents integrated into real business processes. In this role, you will build and scale the web product companies use to hire, manage, and collaborate with AI workers. Working closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers, you will deliver polished, production-ready features and transform complex B2B workflows into fast, reliable, and intuitive user experiences. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand an existing product and codebase, integrate into the team with minimal ramp-up time, and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship product features end-to-end in our React / Next.js / TypeScript web app
• Implement designs faithfully, with attention to states, edge cases, responsiveness, and interaction details
• Build real-time, interactive interfaces, including chat, streaming responses, and live updates
• Integrate with backend APIs and handle loading, error, empty, and success states cleanly
• Contribute to our shared component library, design system, and frontend standards
• Work efficiently with AI development tools, including Claude Code, to accelerate delivery
• Write maintainable, type-safe, well-structured code
• Improve frontend performance, reliability, and user experience
• Ensure quality through automated tests, code reviews, and careful implementation before features ship

Requirements:

• 4+ years building production web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with a modern React framework, especially Next.js / App Router.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI, such as shadcn/ui or similar.
• Experience working with AI coding tools - Claude Code is required.
• Ability to ramp up very quickly with limited onboarding and start contributing fast.
• Solid grasp of state management, data fetching, and API integration.
• Strong eye for detail - you implement designs accurately and care about polish.
• Experience building complex, data-heavy B2B / SaaS interfaces.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote startup environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Nice to Have:

• Real-time UI experience, including SSE, WebSockets, streaming, or chat interfaces.
• Design-system, design-token, and theming experience, including light/dark mode.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Recharts.
• Automated testing experience, including Playwright, end-to-end testing, or unit testing.
• Experience with AI, chat, agent-based, or workflow automation products.
• Accessibility and responsive design best practices.
