About the Project
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join an international IoT platform development project and help scale the frontend delivery capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Directly translate dlab Figma designs, design tokens and UI components into modular React and/or Angular code
- Develop reusable and maintainable UI components
- Work closely with core developers in a paired programming / paired delivery model
- Integrate frontend components with backend IoT APIs and real-time telemetry data streams
- Consume and integrate REST APIs and real-time communication interfaces
- Develop component and integration tests
- Maintain visual regression and overall UI quality
- Document reusable elements of the UI design system
- Follow existing architecture, coding standards and code quality requirements
- Collaborate closely with frontend, backend and DevOps engineers
Requirements:
- Solid professional experience as a Frontend Engineer / Frontend Developer
- Strong experience with React and/or Angular
- Hands-on experience with Figma design systems and design tokens
- Experience building modern, reusable UI components
- Good understanding of state management
- Practical experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
- Experience handling real-time data, e.g. WebSockets or gRPC
- Experience with code quality and monitoring tools, such as:
- Grafana stack
- SonarQube
- New Relic
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a paired development / delivery environment
