Our client is looking for a talented Web UI Engineer to join their US-based team. This person will be responsible for building a custom solution from scratch, as part of a small team.
More specifically, as a Web UI Engineer, you will:
Transform Figma designs into production-ready web UI components;
Develop responsive, accessible frontend applications using React and TypeScript;
Collaborate with backend developers to plan and integrate APIs;
Implement component libraries for consistent design system implementation;
Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript;
Experience translating Figma/design mockups into functional UI components;
Knowledge of modern frontend development practices and tooling;
Ability to work effectively with component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design);
Experience integrating frontend with backend APIs;
Collaborative approach to working with backend developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
OAuth integration experience;
Knowledge of Docker containerization for UI applications;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
State management with Redux, MobX, or similar libraries;
Unit and integration testing experience.
