Frontend Engineer with Strong Design Skills

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with strong design skills or a designer with strong engineering skills to join the team that is building a world-class experimentation platform. This platform has been developed with design partners in a closed beta for the last two years. You will be responsible for the technical surface area where new users discover, evaluate, and start using the platform, including the marketing site, SEO and GEO presence, and the onboarding flows inside the product. Your role encompasses designing, building, instrumenting, and experimenting on these surfaces.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design user flows, interactions, and marketing pages for the marketing site and product experience

• Prototype and ship hands-on, from first sketch to production

• Champion quick wins and impactful improvements

• Rebuild and continuously improve the onboarding experience to ensure new users reach their first meaningful "aha" moment faster

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced in Next.js & React: Deep, hands-on experience building and shipping modern front-end experiences.

• A builder at your core

• Appreciate working in a startup environment, whether you have prior experience or are drawn to the zero-to-one phase

• Thrive in a fast-paced iterative setting where experimentation is encouraged

• Possess B2B SaaS experience; understand the design challenges of software marketing and product surfaces

• Have a sharp eye for visual design and a strong grasp of motion and interaction

• Showcase motion design skills in your portfolio, including animation and interaction work

• 5+ years of experience in product design engineering, UX/UI, or a hybrid design/frontend role, engaging with the codebase directly

Other Details: Start date is ASAP/August with a length of 3 months, extending possible. This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm.
