Summary
Develops and maintains responsive web apps and iOS/Android mobile apps, translating UI/UX designs into functional interfaces, integrating REST APIs with authentication, and optimizing performance and testing. Core stack: HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, and React Native/Flutter or Swift/Kotlin, on-site in Ang Mo Kio.
Salary: $5,000 – $6,500 per month
About the role
We are seeking a Frontend & Mobile App Developer to develop and maintain user-friendly web and mobile applications. You will work with designers, backend developers and project teams to deliver responsive, reliable applications that meet business and user requirements.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain frontend web applications and mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional interfaces.
Build responsive web layouts that work across different browsers, devices and screen sizes.
Develop reusable components and maintain consistent design standards across applications.
Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services, including authentication and data processing.
Implement navigation, form validation, state management and error handling.
Optimise application performance, loading speed and usability.
Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot defects and resolve compatibility issues.
Apply secure coding practices and accessibility principles.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, testers and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in frontend or mobile application development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
Experience developing mobile applications using React Native, Flutter or native technologies such as Swift or Kotlin.
Familiarity with REST API integration, authentication flows and state management.
Understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility and mobile application lifecycle management.
Experience with Git, debugging tools and application testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
