Fulfillment Specialist
Mittera is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Fulfillment Specialist. This role operates in a unique hybrid environment, approximately 70% on the warehouse floor and 30% at a computer, making it ideal for individuals seeking a less sedentary workday.
The Fulfillment Specialist oversees the order fulfillment cycle, ensuring orders are accurately processed, packed, and shipped on time. This role is also responsible for managing finished goods inventory, both physically and within fulfillment software, and plays a key part in streamlining operations to support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick and package a variety of materials that require a limited assortment of packing procedures and techniques
- Place, arrange, mark, seal, and tag items on pallets and in containers, bins, and =bulk storage
- Consolidate various items for shipment in accordance with standard operating instructions
- Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping
- Count and sort various product items
- Perform related tasks such as placing labels on packages and handling boxes in preparation for shipping
- Ensure accurate shipping information is attached
- Produces at quantity and quality levels in accordance with production requirements
- Maintains area, worktables, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition
- Other duties as assigned
