Full-Stack Developer (AI / Cloud, Bank / Finance)

Summary

Build and maintain full-stack web apps for finance clients, integrating AI models and cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines.

Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications (front‑end, back‑end and database) ensuring high performance, scalability and security.
Design and operate CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) integrating unit, integration, and automated test execution, artefact management, security scanning, and deployments to multiple environments.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists and AI specialists, to define, design, and ship new features and integrate machine learning algorithms.
Implement AI and Generative AI models into web applications to enhance user experience.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, proposing and implementing improvements to existing systems and processes.
Participate in project planning sessions to analyse development requirements and provide accurate time estimates.
Maintain clear documentation of the development process, architecture, and standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI and web development.

Degree holder in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related fields.
4+ years’ experience in web application development with proficiency in front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular) and back‑end technologies (Node.js, Python).
Proven experience in integrating Generative AI technologies into web applications, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and understanding of DevOps tools.
Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
Experience in the banking/financial services industry will be an advantage.
Able to work independently, willingness to learn and listen.
Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
