Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in application/database support and IT operations.
• Proven experience in application support, incident management and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, support and end users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong experience with server-side languages (Node.js, Java, Python) and RESTful API development
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization, indexing, backups, restores and disaster recovery planning
• Proven experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab
• Proven experience on containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven on Automatic testing tools, integration and automated testing frameworks (e.g., JMeter, Appium, Selenium, Katalon).
