Full Stack Developer / Automation & Integration Engineer – Capital Markets
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer / Automation & Integration Engineer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Capital Markets or Asset Management to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation solutions for investment operations and back-office workflows.
- Build integrations for trade processing, settlement, and financial messaging.
- Develop workflow-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and straight-through processing.
- Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, XML, JSON, and file-based interfaces.
- Design configurable approval and payment workflows.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in software development and integration.
- Strong programming experience in Python or Java.
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and file-based integrations.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Exposure to SWIFT financial messaging (MT5xx).
- Knowledge of DTCC trade confirmation and post-trade processes is preferred.
