Full Stack Developer & Automation Lead

Salary: £28,000 - 68,000 per year

• We require proven commercial experience in full-stack web development, including independently designing, building and maintaining applications.
• We require strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
• We require experience with databases, APIs, third-party integrations and authentication systems.
• We require a strong understanding of application architecture, security, testing and deployment.
• We require experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Make, Zapier or n8n.
• We require experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern development environments.
• We require the ability to review existing codebases, identify improvements and implement technical solutions.
• We require confidence managing technical projects and collaborating with external developers.
• We require excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into working technology.
• Desirable experience includes Replit or similar cloud-based development environments; integrating CRM, recruitment or business management platforms; SQL, data warehousing, Power BI or business intelligence; building AI-powered workflows and automations; and participating in digital transformation projects within growing businesses.
• Were looking for someone who is naturally curious, technically confident, commercially minded, comfortable taking ownership and challenging existing approaches, and able to communicate effectively with others.

• We need you to work alongside our external developer, provide technical direction and manage development priorities.
• We need you to translate business requirements into practical, effective technical solutions.
• We need you to review how our software, databases and applications communicate, then design and develop APIs, integrations and data connections between platforms.
• We need you to help establish a centralized, reliable flow of information, eliminating duplicated data entry and disconnected processes.
• We need you to identify repetitive, manual and inefficient processes, then design, build and implement automations that reduce administration and improve productivity.
• We need you to explore practical uses of AI in workflows, communications, reporting and decision-making, delivering measurable improvements in business efficiency.
• We need you to build and improve automated reporting tools and dashboards, and improve how information is collected, structured, connected and accessed.
• We need you to help replace manual spreadsheets and reporting with integrated, live data and support reliable business intelligence for operational and strategic decisions.
