Full Stack Developer (Co-Founder/CTO)

We Are Recruiting For A FULL STACK DEVELOPER (Co-Founder/CTO) - AI & IoT HealthTech Startup (Hong Kong)

We are experienced founders and domain experts in health and wellness, business, and hardware. We are building the next-generation health, longevity, and nutrition platform powered by IoT and AI-driven coaching software.We are recruiting our Technical Co-Founder/CTO who is a FULL STACK DEVELOPER to take full ownership of our software architecture, website, mobile app, and hardware integration.

What you’ll build:

• Our website and all our online presence.
• iOS/Android Flutter/React Native mobile applications for end-users and health and wellness coaches.
• Real-time BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) SDK data ingestion from our IoT
• Web-based coach analytics dashboard and scalable cloud backend.

Our Offer:

• Up to 15.0% Equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff).
• Competitive executive salary upon completing our upcoming Pre-Seed/Seed funding round (including HKSTP/Cyberport grants or other international VCs).

Who we are looking for:

• Full-stack lead/architect with experience in mobile development, BLE device pairing, and scalable cloud API design.
• 100% full-time commitment (or willing to transition to full-time immediately).
• Based in (or willing to relocate in the future to) Hong Kong / Greater Bay Area.
