Responsibilities
- Lead IT project lifecycles by managing vendor relationships, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and communicating progress to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Architect and maintain frontend components using Astro.js, React.js, and Vue.js to deliver responsive user interfaces.
- Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js and TypeScript to support scalable application workflows.
- Implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes.
- Provide L2/L3 application support by troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and deploying hotfixes to maintain production system stability.
- Utilize project tracking tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Asana to monitor progress and coordinate team activities.
- Apply Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration and deployment.
- Communicate effectively and lead cross-functional tasks balancing strategic planning, coding, and troubleshooting in a dynamic environment.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to support iterative development and project governance.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage multitasking across diverse responsibilities.
