FULL STACK DEVELOPER – DEVOPS

YOUR ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong DevOps capabilities who can take ownership of application development, deployment, infrastructure, and production support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web/mobile applications
- Build and integrate frontend, backend, databases, and REST APIs
- Design and manage PostgreSQL/database schemas and migrations
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Work with Docker and containerized applications
- Manage cloud deployment and application environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems
- Implement security, performance, logging, and monitoring practices
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and Engineering teams
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and system improvements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong hands-on experience in frontend and backend development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks
- Experience with Node.js, React/React Native, or similar technologies
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, database design, and migrations
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Strong Git/GitHub/GitLab experience
- Practical DevOps experience with Docker and CI/CD
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of application deployment, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who can build it, deploy it, troubleshoot it, and improve it — a developer who understands both software development and the infrastructure required to keep applications reliable and scalable.
Only candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant Full Stack Development experience and practical DevOps experience will be shortlisted.
