About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join their distributed engineering team, focusing on building and enhancing their robust e-commerce platforms. This is a remote-first position where you will contribute to all aspects of the web development lifecycle, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and database management. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver exceptional user experiences and scalable e-commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable back-end code using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and databases.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to team best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Solid experience with back-end development, including server-side languages and frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
