Full Stack Developer
Summary
Build and maintain full-stack HR software using NestJS backends, React/Next.js frontends, and AWS cloud services.
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience in building modern web applications using NestJS and React/Next.js. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, solid frontend experience, and intermediate knowledge of AWS services to develop, deploy, and maintain scalable applications.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build high-quality software while following modern development practices and contributing to architectural decisions.
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must Haves)
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade web applications.
- Strong experience with NestJS for backend development.
- Experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
- Intermediate AWS experience, including deployment and management of cloud resources.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API security.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases) using an ORM such as Prisma or TypeORM.
- Good understanding of Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience consuming and integrating third-party APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards.
