- Lead full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in React and Next.js for modern frontend development
- Solid backend skills with Node.js and TypeScript
- Comfortable with SQL databases and schema design
- Experience with backend-as-a-service platforms (Supabase or Firebase)
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure including deployment and monitoring (AWS or Azure)
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality and best practices
- Participate in solution design, scoping, and technical proposal development
Behavioural Competencies:
- Self-directed problem solver
- Strong communication skills and comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical
- Willingness to share knowledge and work in a team
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
