Are you a passionate 3rd-year or final-year Computer Science or IT student with a strong interest in modern software engineering and Artificial Intelligence? TechBay IT Solutions is looking for driven Full-Stack & AI Developers to join our engineering team in Bahrain.
In this role, you won't just build traditional web apps—you will work alongside experienced software architects to develop enterprise portals, integrate advanced AI systems, and help train and fine-tune AI models and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for government and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, integrating, and deploying AI-powered conversational chatbots and enterprise automation tools.
- Participate in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI models, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
- Collaborate with team members on code reviews, debugging, and optimizing both frontend performance and AI inference workflows.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for real-world client projects.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year or final-year student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT fields.
- Basic understanding or strong academic interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, LLMs, or RAG.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to flexible working hours (suitable for students balancing academic schedules).
