Full-Stack Developer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to work across both frontend and backend systems, contributing to scalable, production-grade web applications built with a modern TypeScript-based architecture.

The developer will be responsible for building end-to-end features, from database schema to API to user interface, while ensuring strong alignment between backend contracts and frontend implementation.

This role requires strong technical depth, clean architecture practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a structured engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend - Next.js

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, latest version with App Router.
  
• Build responsive and accessible UI components.
  
• Manage client-side and server-side rendering logic.
  
• Integrate REST APIs with proper error handling.
  
• Implement authentication flows using JWT / OAuth.
  
• Build reusable components and shared UI modules.
  
• Optimize application performance and follow SEO best practices.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  

Backend - NestJS / Node.js

• Design and develop REST APIs using NestJS.
  
• Model relational data using Prisma ORM.
  
• Manage PostgreSQL database schemas and migrations.
  
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, guards, and roles.
  
• Apply validation and DTO patterns using class-validator.
  
• Implement secure password handling using bcrypt.
  
• Integrate Redis for caching and session management when required.
  
• Maintain API documentation using Swagger.
  
• Write unit and integration tests.
  
• Implement structured error handling and logging.
  

System & Architecture

• Ensure API contracts are properly aligned with frontend requirements.
  
• Apply clean architecture principles and modular design.
  
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions.
  
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
  
• Optimize database queries and backend performance.
  
• Follow established Git workflows, including branching and pull-request reviews.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
  
• Strong TypeScript skills across both frontend and backend.
  
• Strong experience with Next.js.
  
• Strong experience with NestJS.
  
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
  
• Experience with Prisma ORM.
  
• Strong understanding of REST API design best practices.
  
• Experience implementing JWT authentication and role-based authorization.
  
• Understanding of asynchronous data handling and error management.
  
• Experience working with Git workflows.
