Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + React)

muSharp is looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + React) to build features end to end on the deals module of an enterprise wealth-management and investment platform, including CRM, deal pipeline, and AI assistant

capabilities.

The role covers the complete development lifecycle, from building Laravel APIs and backend services to developing React-based user interfaces, integrations, access controls, and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build REST APIs in Laravel 12, including controllers, Form Request validation, Eloquent models, migrations, and queues.
• Implement access control, including roles and permissions (Spatie) and JWT verification of tokens issued by acentral identity service (RS256, JWKS).
• Build React 18 / TypeScript screens using Vite, React Query, React Router, and Tailwind.
• Integrate with other services over REST, including user and role sync, signed service tokens, and AI services.
• Write tests using PHPUnit / Pest, Vitest, and Cypress.
• Participate in code reviews and review pull requests.

Must Have

• PHP 8.2+ and Laravel 10-12, including Eloquent, migrations, queues, and Sanctum or JWT authentication.
• MySQL 8: schema design, indexes, and query tuning.
• React 18 and TypeScript 5, including hooks, React Query (TanStack), and React Router.
• REST API design and OpenAPI / Swagger.
• Strong understanding of Git and pull-request workflows.
• Testing experience across both backend and frontend:
  • PHPUnit or Pest
  • Vitest or Jest

Nice to Have

• OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID, and MSAL.
• Docker and Redis.
• Azure, including App Service, Key Vault, and Front Door.
• GitHub Actions.
• Tailwind CSS, Radix / shadcn UI, and Tiptap.
