Full stack developer midrand
Summary
Midrand-based full-stack developer role (via Mediro ICT Recruitment) designing, building and maintaining a platform using Node.js backends and React frontends, plus code reviews, mentoring, deployments and 2nd/3rd-line technical support. Core stack: React, Node.js, MongoDB/Redis, Docker, Git; AWS/EKS and Jest are a plus.
We are looking for a Full Stack Guru with expertise in Node JS and React Backend.
Responsibilities: Design, development, and maintenance of the platform. Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements. Review code of team members in line with quality and delivery requirements. Ability and willingness to coach and train fellow colleagues and users when required. Compile user and operational manuals. Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical operational support for developers (technical end users developing on the platform). Provide technical guidance and mentorship. Ensure software availability, maintainability, and scalability. Manage deployments and releases. Planning and monitoring. Requirements management and communication. Minimum Requirements:ESSENTIAL: IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications. Minimum 15+ years of IT experience. Minimum 2 years working with well-known front-end frameworks (for example, React). Expert knowledge in React and backend development. Expert knowledge in no SQL DB (Mongo, Redis). Experience with Docker and Docker Compose. Thorough understanding of Git processes. Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
