Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both frontend and backend development, with the ability to build, maintain, and optimize modern web applications.

You will work closely with our development and product teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.

• Implement real-time application features using WebSocket.

• Manage and optimize databases to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend systems.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous system improvements.

• Support the development of new features and improvements to existing applications.

Additional Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with React Native or Flutter.

• Knowledge of mobile application development (Android / iOS).

• Experience building scalable and high-performance applications.

• Understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant working experience in Full Stack Development or similar software development roles.

• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js development.

• Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture.

• Familiarity with database design, API integration, and debugging.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
