Summary
Full-stack developer building Java/Python services for AI Markets, an AI-driven fintech product serving institutional investors. Day to day: design, develop, test, and support scalable applications (Spring, REST, microservices, SQL/NoSQL) in a 4-6 person Agile team, hybrid with 2 days per week in the Kraków office.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development roles
- Strong experience with Java and Python in a production environment
- Deep understanding of Spring Framework, REST APIs, and event-driven systems
- Good knowledge of microservices architecture and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Understanding of software engineering principles: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a global Agile team
- Experience or interest in:
- Prompt engineering, LLM integrations (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Machine Learning, AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Data Science
- Clean Architecture, event streaming technologies
- JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React)
- Prior experience in regulated enterprise environments
