Full Stack Developer (.NET React)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React) to join our development team supporting a large-scale application support and maintenance project.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, React, and SQL Server, with the ability to contribute across new development, application support, maintenance, and enhancements. You will work closely with Agile team members and project stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality software and support ongoing business operations.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of core platforms using C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, React, and SQL Server.

• Work collaboratively with Agile team members to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical impediments.

• Deliver hands-on new development, application enhancements, maintenance, and production support.

• Provide technical support for production incidents and contribute expertise on new technologies, development practices, and design approaches.

• Promote clean, reusable, and maintainable code to help reduce duplication across processes and applications.

• Collaborate regularly with Project Managers and other stakeholders on project progress and technical matters.

• Review and provide approval for technical documentation, system diagrams, and other deliverables prepared by IT team members.

• Manage and prioritize BAU/RTB (Run the Business) work queues to support successful and timely delivery.

• Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with the .NET platform.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • C#

  • ASP.NET Core and/or ASP.NET MVC

  • React

  • SQL Server

• Experience working with Git and version control practices.

• Solid web development experience, with an understanding of software development planning and project estimation.

• Experience working effectively in high-performing Agile teams across the full development lifecycle.

• Experience in Public Sector or Government projects is preferred.

• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide hands-on technical support.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and project stakeholders.

• This is a hands-on development role combining new development, application enhancement, maintenance, and production support.
