Full Stack Developer

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month

We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while driving digital innovation and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using PHP and modern web technologies.

• Build responsive user interfaces, write clean and maintainable code, and integrate databases and back-end services.

• Participate in requirement gathering, system analysis, application design, and technical specification planning.

• Evaluate system architecture, application performance, usability, and database structure to deliver effective technical solutions.

• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, debugging, deployment, maintenance, and documentation.

• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure applications meet business requirements.

• Research and implement AI-powered solutions and automation tools to improve products, operational efficiency, and business processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitalize workflows and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Perform any other duties as assigned or required from time to time.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, with a solid understanding of web application development.

• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), relational databases, and web application architecture.

• Basic understanding of system analysis, website development, and technical environments.

• Experience integrating databases, third-party APIs, and external services into web applications.

• Exposure to AI tools, AI-assisted development, automation workflows, or LLM-based technologies. Experience in building AI-related solutions will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
