About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across both frontend and backend systems, delivering high-quality software while contributing to technical decisions and engineering best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build scalable frontend applications and robust backend services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver new features.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance.
- Support CI/CD, Docker-based deployments, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Next.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js.
- Good understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, Git, and Docker.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience mentoring developers or leading technical projects.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Experience with open-source projects or a strong technical portfolio.
