Full-Stack Developer (on-site)
We are seeking a highly skilled and trustworthy Full-Stack Developer to join our team on-site. This role requires an experienced professional who can work independently while maintaining the highest standards of code quality, security, and efficiency. You will work on existing projects, support refactoring efforts, and help expand our platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Vue.js, C#, and .NET frameworks
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and real-time communication systems
- Refactor, optimize, and expand existing codebases
- Implement secure coding practices and uphold system security standards
- Deploy and manage applications on IIS web servers
- Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and code quality
- Collaborate with a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Participate in code reviews and maintain thorough documentation
Technical Skills Required
Frontend Development
- Advanced experience with Vue.js 3, Composition API, Vuex/Pinia, Vue Router
- Proficiency in frontend build tools
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, ASP.NET Core
- SignalR for real-time communication
- Strong grasp of Entity Framework Core and database design
- Understanding of microservices architecture
Infrastructure & Deployment
- Experience with IIS setup and deployment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS preferred)
- CI/CD pipelines and Git version control (advanced branching)
AI Tools Integration
- Experience using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.
- Knowledge of how to utilize AI for code generation, debugging, and refactoring
- Awareness of AI tool limitations and ethical use

- Self-motivated with strong independent work capability

- Prior success in a remote or hybrid work setting
- Committed to secure coding, GDPR, and data protection standards
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and other authentication systems
Experience & Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- 2+ years of experience working independently or remotely
- Solid portfolio of completed projects
- Experience working with distributed teams
Preferred
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks
- Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL
