Full Stack Developer (Python)

Job Summary

You will apply advanced DevOps principles and tools to automate infrastructure and software delivery, enhance security, and collaborate across teams to drive efficient, secure, and scalable software development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate software builds, testing, and deployments


• Configure and maintain artifact repositories with JFrog Artifactory to ensure reliable software package storage and distribution


• Apply DevOps principles and infrastructure automation to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability


• Utilize Linux systems administration skills, preferably on RedHat Linux, to support development and production environments


• Manipulate and analyze data using Pandas and NumPy to support development and operational tasks


• Develop and maintain code in Typescript and Python, applying Test Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality


• Manage version control, collaboration, and code review processes using GitHub to maintain code integrity


• Apply knowledge of security and networking protocols to identify and mitigate security risks within software and infrastructure


• Use application security tools such as SAST and OSS to enhance software security posture


• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to support scalable applications


• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver secure, high-quality software solutions

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Typescript and Python programming languages demonstrating Test Driven Development (TDD)


• Experience with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
