Full-Stack Developer (Remote - South Africa)

This is a remote developer role at a marketing and lead-generation agency that is moving its operations toward AI-driven tooling. You will work on a small, fast-moving team and own features from database schema through to the user interface and production. The role reports to the head of automations and AI and works mostly asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in a client-facing web portal covering lead tracking, call attribution, and client reporting
• Design and run PostgreSQL schemas and migrations, keeping changes small and verified
• Own integrations with advertising, telephony, automation and API platforms, and keep them working in production
• Handle deployments, monitoring, live debugging and written incident reports
• Build internal AI-assisted tooling such as agents and automated pipelines that support daily operations

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript and React, ideally with Next.js (App Router)
• Solid SQL and PostgreSQL experience, including schema migrations
• Experience owning a production web application, including deployments, live debugging and basic security practices
• Comfortable building and shipping with AI coding agents as a daily part of the workflow
• Good habits of documenting work: change logs, handoffs and incident reports
• Based in South Africa and able to work remotely in an asynchronous, self-directed setup
