Full Stack Developer – Retail Solutions
Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Retail Solutions team in Spain, with preferred locations of Madrid or Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Proactive curiosity and willingness to challenge status‑quo.
- Apply extensive engineering experience to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Advocate for users, developing a deep understanding of their needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams, manage expectations, and negotiate trade‑offs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record developing analytical software with Python.
- Experience creating API services and interacting with data repositories.
- Experience deploying Docker containers.
- Knowledge of NodeJS and MongoDB is a plus.
- Additional skills: Databricks, VueJS.
- Retail industry experience (merchandising optimization, category management, promotions, pricing strategies, supplier negotiations, assortment/range management) is desirable.
- Consulting experience is a bonus.
Location & Compensation
Spain – Madrid or Barcelona. Salary: €25,000 – €40,250.
