Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and APIs that support critical business operations and digital initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, secure, and cloud-native solutions while driving engineering excellence through modern development practices.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in both backend and frontend development, cloud technologies, system integration, and agile software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services
Build high-quality, reusable, and extensible code following software engineering best practices
Develop application solutions using modern architectures and integration patterns
Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver business requirements
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and provide technical support for production applications with minimal business disruption
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
Apply security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and secure coding standards
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and development processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in software development or full-stack engineering
Strong programming experience in Python and TypeScript
Experience with C# or Java and object-oriented programming concepts
Hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of API development, microservices, and system integrations
Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and DynamoDB
Experience building and deploying applications in AWS or other cloud platforms
Proficiency with GitHub or similar source control tools
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing
