Full Stack Developer - Web3 Venture Studio

Summary

Build and ship DeFi features by integrating smart contracts with React/Node frontends and on-chain data, using Solidity, Ethers.js, and TypeScript.

Our client is Asia's leading web3 venture studio focusing on DeFi projects

Working with product team to develop new features and improve existing features, and come up with the best solutions and implementation plans for said changes
Integrating user facing features with smart contract logic and on-chain data
Writing fully tested, high quality and performant code
Optimize applications for maximum performance across a variety of devices including desktop, tablets and smartphones
Integrating APIs and working closely with external service providers to ensure smooth operation
Contributing to the estimations, planning and execution of projects, features, and integrations
Participating in code review and writing rigorous test cases to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices

3+ years of experience in software engineering with solid, demonstrable work on GitHub or otherwise
Shipped a product to mainnet using Solidity
Ability to ship code using test-driven development
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Awareness of engineering best practices for fintech products and DeFi protocols
Problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and good judgment

A Bachelors or professional degree in STEM field; or provable experience and/or proof-of-work
Knowledge or expertise in Node.js, React/React Native, gas optimization and basic knowledge of encryption and cryptography
Deep understanding of financial products in a web3 context
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including engineering, design, UI, UX and QA
Either experience with some of the below tech stack, or are confident you can cross train and up skill quickly
