Full Stack Developer

Salary: ₱90,000 per month

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Software Development Engineer who possesses a unique blend of deep cloud-native engineering skills, strong DevOps experience, cutting-edge Agentic AI competencies, and a sharp Business Analyst mindset. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and advanced cloud automation, designing systems that reason, act and optimise complex workflows autonomously.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, highly scalable serverless applications using AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS Fargate and S3

• Manage CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Github Actions/YML and AWS CloudFormation

• Build and optimize multi-agent AI workflows, LLM orchestration layers and autonomous systems

• Collaborate directly with founders and stakeholders to dissect ambiguous business problems, map operational workflows and translate them into robust technical specifications

• Develop database solutions, ideally including InfluxDB, Redis, DynamoDB and DocumentDB

About you

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record within the AWS ecosystem

• Practical, hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents or complex LLM chains

• Strong proficiency in Python and C#/.NET with experience developing AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, and YAML-based CI/CD pipelines

• Strong analytical skills with ability to model data, map workflows, and prioritise engineering features based on business ROI

• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration and taking ownership of deliverables in an early-stage environment

• Strong problem-solving skills in interpreting and solving complex problems in a technical environment

• Front end Web Development experience is a definite plus, in particular using Blazor C# framework

• Knowledge of an Access Management platform such as Okta is preferred
