Full-Stack / DevOps Engineer: Migrate AI App from Manus to Render + Ongoing IT Support

We are looking for a skilled, reliable Full-Stack Developer or DevOps Engineer to help us migrate our existing application out of the Manus ecosystem over to Render.com.

Our application is currently built and hosted within Manus. We need to decouple the application, ensure all components are properly version-controlled, and deploy a stable, production-ready version on Render.

This is a two-phase project. Phase 1 is the immediate migration. Phase 2 transitions into an ongoing, ad-hoc IT support and system maintenance relationship as our trusted technical partner.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, reliable Full-Stack Developer or DevOps Engineer to help us migrate our existing application out of the Manus ecosystem over to Render.com.

This is a two-phase project. Phase 1 is the immediate migration. Phase 2 transitions into an ongoing, ad-hoc IT support and system maintenance relationship as our trusted technical partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Migration & Setup
• Extract and clean up all front-end (React/Tailwind) and back-end source code from Manus.
• Set up a clean repository system using GitHub / GitLab .
• Extract any existing application data/databases and provision a standalone, managed database (e.g., PostgreSQL) on Render.
• Deploy the full-stack architecture onto Render (Web Services, Background Workers, Databases).
• Safely migrate all environment variables, API secrets, and third-party integrations.
• Manage the DNS transition and SSL setup for our custom domain with minimal downtime.
• Phase 2: Ongoing IT Support (Future)
• Provide ad-hoc technical troubleshooting if server issues arise.
• Monitor app performance, error logs, and deployment pipelines.
• Assist with minor code updates, dependencies updates, or scaling server resources as we grow.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience deploying full-stack applications on Render.com .
• Strong proficiency with modern web stacks (Node.js, React, Tailwind, Python, etc.).
• Excellent Git/GitHub version control practices.
• Experience with database migration, management, and environment configurations.
• Strong communication skills and availability to act as an on-call IT resource when needed.

Project Type & Budget

• Phase 1: Fixed price / Project-based (Please submit your estimated hours/cost).
• Phase 2: Hourly / Retainer-based for ongoing support.
