Our client is a leading financial services and securities brokerage firm with an established footprint across APAC. To support a strategic transformation and system consolidation programme, they are investing in modernizing their technology landscape and integrating key front-office, back-office, and wealth management platforms. They are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to help drive the design, development, and integration of next-generation digital solutions within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting wealth management and securities trading platforms.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and data services between trading systems, Temenos platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise data lakes.

Collaborate with Front Office and Back Office teams to deliver business-critical solutions and system enhancements.

Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies.

Develop scalable back-end services and microservices using cloud-native architecture.

Support Level 2 production incidents, troubleshoot application issues, and implement preventive measures.

Perform data transformation and integration using JSON, XML, SQL, and messaging technologies.

Participate in agile development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software releases rapidly and efficiently.

Design automated testing frameworks and conduct performance, stress, and load testing.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes across development and production environments.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code while continuously adopting emerging technologies and best practices.

Job Requirement

Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, application integration, and cloud-based solutions within financial services environments.

Solid back-end development experience using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Python, SQL, and RESTful API development.

Proven experience in system integration, including API design, microservices, JSON/XML transformation, and enterprise application connectivity.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures.

Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging and event-streaming technologies for real-time data processing.

Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Strong knowledge of database technologies, data lakes, and enterprise data integration frameworks.

Experience performing application performance tuning, automated testing, stress testing, and production support.

Good understanding of wealth management, securities trading, brokerage, private banking, and investment products including equities, derivatives, funds, bonds, structured notes, and ELI/ELN products.

Familiarity with Front Office and Back Office trading workflows and wealth management platforms, preferably including Temenos solutions.

Understanding of Hong Kong SFC and Singapore MAS regulatory requirements related to trading and wealth management systems is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional teams.
