Full Stack Engineer

FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a leading telecommunications organisation and support the delivery of technology solutions across a complex network environment.
This is a backend-focused full stack role, with strong experience across C#/.NET, API development and SQL, supported by React and JavaScript on the frontend. You'll work across application development, system integrations, workflows and technology improvements that support network reliability, operational efficiency and self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications using C# / .NET / ASP.NET
- Build, integrate and support REST APIs and web services
- Develop and manage SQL and data solutions
- Develop frontend functionality using React and JavaScript
- Build workflows and self-service capabilities to support network operations
- Contribute to solutions that improve reliability through proactive testing and automated responses
- Integrate with enterprise and network management platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration and operational issues
- Work closely with architects, engineers, technical SMEs and delivery teams
- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation and showcases
- Support technical documentation, production issues and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with technical, project and vendor stakeholders
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET / ASP.NET
- Strong backend development and API integration experience
- Hands-on React and JavaScript experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, with knowledge of JSON and XML
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The team works across telecommunications and networking environments, with exposure to platforms such as Splunk, Elastic and Nokia SMP, as well as network automation, workflows and enterprise system integrations. Any experience in these areas will be highly regarded.
