Full Stack Engineer (Flutter)
Summary
Own the end-to-end production stack of a consumer streaming app: a PHP + MySQL backend (API, admin, content delivery), a Flutter Android app using BLoC, subscription payments via Razorpay/RevenueCat, and AWS infrastructure. The Role
You will own our production stack end to end.
- Backend: PHP + MySQL powering our API, admin panel and content delivery
- App: Flutter with BLoC architecture, optimized for Android devices including low-end phones
- Payments: Razorpay (UPI AutoPay) and Google Play through RevenueCat — subscriptions, webhooks, renewals, trials, cancellations and reconciliation
- Infrastructure: AWS EC2, S3, CloudFront, deployments, logs and backups
This is a production-ownership role, not a feature-factory role.
When a paying customer says, \"The app says my account is not active,\" you should be able to open the database, check webhook logs and gateway records, find the actual problem, fix the customer issue and then fix the underlying bug.
What you'll actually do
- Maintain the subscription lifecycle across Razorpay and Google Play
- Build reliable, idempotent webhook handling
- Handle renewals, trials, cancellations, refunds and entitlement syncing
- Develop and maintain Flutter features
- Design MySQL schemas and safe database migrations
- Debug production issues across app → API → database → payment gateway
- Manage deployments, logs, cron jobs and backups
- Work on video delivery using HLS, S3, CloudFront and signed URLs
- Improve app performance, stability and reliability
You should have
- 3+ years PHP experience, comfortable with raw PHP/PDO
- Strong MySQL/SQL knowledge — indexes, transactions, migrations and EXPLAIN
- Production experience with Flutter
- Experience with state management such as BLoC
- Experience shipping and maintaining a real consumer app
- Payment gateway experience, especially webhooks and idempotency
- Strong production debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Nice to have
- Razorpay / Google Play Billing / RevenueCat experience
- HLS, CDN and video streaming knowledge
- AWS experience
- Firebase — FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics
- AdMob
- Meta / Google attribution and analytics
- Previous OTT, subscription or consumer-app experience
Who we're looking for
Someone who takes ownership when things break.
You should be comfortable checking the data before making changes, taking backups before migrations and saying \"I don't know, but here's how I'll find out\" rather than guessing.
