Full Stack Engineer

Hybrid | Amsterdam office (1 day/week)

Up to €85K incl. holiday allowance

Start date: ideally September/October

No visa sponsorship | Not open to relocators

The company is building a next-generation platform to help 1 million employees prevent burnout by automating wellbeing workflows at scale. Based in Amsterdam, they’re developing a completely new version of the platform from September onwards, including AI-driven features like matching users with the right coach.

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years' professional development experience
• Competency with React or Vue
• Confident communicator - leads conversations, summarises trade-offs, and can guide technical decisions
• Comfortable taking ownership of the full codebase
• Product-thinking mindset - experience working in user-facing environments (not just API/backend-only roles)
• Based near Amsterdam - able to come into the office once a week
• Startup or scale-up background
• Previous exposure to AI-based features or projects
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers
