What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js (primary framework).
- Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and integrations with Stripe and other financial platforms.
- Work with machine learning models to enhance fintech solutions.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Leverage AI-powered tools like Cursor.ai to improve productivity and innovation.
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability in financial transactions.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience with Next.js.
- Experience with Stripe APIs and other financial transaction platforms.
- Background in financial services (banking, payments, lending, or related fintech).
- Familiarity with machine learning and its applications in fintech.
- Willingness to embrace AI-driven workflows and productivity tools like Cursor.ai.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote, EST-based team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with serverless architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of data security and compliance in financial transactions.
- Prior experience in a fintech start-up environment.
